We charge an additional $50 per half hour up to our latest pickup appointment at 12am/midnight. Please see our fees below:

9:30pm = $50

10pm = $100

10:30pm = $150

11pm = $200

11:30pm = $250

12am/midnight = $300

When applicable, we will work with your venue to arrange for next day pickup to avoid these fees. Variables include: whether or not the venue will allow this, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit an additional pickup into our schedule the following day.

We offer both onsite and offsite transfer services. Our fees include disassembly, transport and setup.

Onsite: $300

Offsite: $500 (Plus $1 per mile over 20 miles)

We provide complimentary delivery to venues within 20 miles of our warehouse in Carmel, IN as long as your pickup time is no later than 9:00 PM. (Additional fees apply after 9:00 PM.)

If you are unable to determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, please send us the address and we will be happy to let you know. 

If your venue location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles. This includes delivery to Lafayette, IN & Bloomington, IN.

At this time we are not offering custom arches or aisle flowers, however, we are working on adding more arches and additional color palettes soon. Keep checking back with us!

Please Note: We can add additional colors to our existing arches and aisle flowers to customize our arches for your wedding. To do so, follow the instructions for customization in your cart upon checkout.

We offer two payment options: All payments are due up front, or you can choose AFFIRM to split your total into 4 payments.
